Camp Facilities

Apoyo Lodge offers accommodations for budget conscious travellers, with camping and hammocks  available.

The lodge offers an outdoor shower, composting toilet and outdoor laundry facility.

Guest’s camping on site have access to a kitchen area known as ’The Rancho’ fully equipped with a propane hotplate, barbecue, refrigeration and an outdoor pizza oven, all free of charge.

Campers are welcome to bring your own food and use the community kitchen! Water and beverages are available to purchase from the lodge.  If you would rather not cook for your self the lodge offers healthy vegetarian meals (must be preordered). If you would rather enjoy some of the local flavors, there are restaurants available within hiking distance as well. 

Prices:

• $5.00 entrance fee includes camping if you have your own tent
• Hammocks $5.00
• Tent rental $5.00 extra (per night)
• Breakfast is available for $3.50
• Large outdoor barbecue available
• Community kitchen with hot plate and cook wear, and a pizza oven is also available to use.
• Airport pickup from Managua $40.00  (4 or more $50.00)
• Pick-up from Granada or Masaya is also available. Please call 88373990 for info

The camp is a green site
All items are recycled and we make our best attempts to reduce and reuse.
Guest’s use composting toilet facilities and are encouraged to recycle and think green!

Reservations for camping must be made 48hrs in advance. Pick ups must be arranged due to the seclusion of the lodge.
